Through individualized counseling sessions, you will learn about your smoking triggers, ways to manage stress, and how to overcome the urge to smoke. You will have the option of using the nicotine replacement patch, lozenges, gum, or medications to assist you.
- Mondays 1:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.
- Tuesdays 12:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Wednesdays 5:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.
- Thursdays 8:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
