On July 1, 2019, U.S. Representative Chrissy Houlahan (PA – 6 District) visited CVIM for a tour and information session. CVIM’s President & CEO, Maureen Tomoschuk led a tour of our facilities, discussing along the way the work we do, our community partnerships, and how our organization relates to current legislative items in PA and Washington D.C. Representative Houlahan inquired about topics such as veterans care, women’s health, counseling, addiction treatment, and children’s dental services.

Representative Houlahan is a first-term, Democrat member of the House of Representatives. She is an Air Force veteran, engineer, entrepreneur, and educator who is continuing her career of service as the first woman ever to represent Pennsylvania’s 6th District in Congress. She is committed to fighting for access to quality, affordable healthcare, common sense gun safety, government accountability and transparency, and working to build a strong, stable economy with good jobs and good benefits for everyone.
