Current Open Positions at CVIM
Chief Philanthropy Officer
Community Volunteers in Medicine (CVIM) is seeking an inspiring, strategic, and relationship-driven Chief Philanthropy Officer to help lead the next chapter of growth for one of the region’s most respected nonprofit healthcare organizations. This is a rare opportunity to join a mission-driven organization at a pivotal moment. For more than 28 years, CVIM has provided free, high-quality, compassionate healthcare to low-income uninsured workers and their families across Chester County and the surrounding region. Powered by philanthropy, volunteerism, and community partnerships, CVIM is 100% donor funded and deeply committed to ensuring that our neighbors have access to the care they need to live healthy, productive lives. The next Chief Philanthropy Officer will build on an extraordinary foundation of community trust and philanthropic success. CVIM recently completed a transformational $23 million multi-year comprehensive campaign and sustains annual giving of more than $6 million. With a compelling mission, passionate donor base, experienced development team, engaged Board leadership, and strong culture of service, CVIM is well positioned for continued growth, innovation, and expanded community impact. The Chief Philanthropy Officer will serve as both a strategic architect and a hands-on relationship builder. Reporting to the President & CEO and serving as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, this leader will shape and execute a forward-looking philanthropy strategy that strengthens donor relationships, expands community partnerships, advances stewardship, and supports CVIM’s long-term sustainability. This role is ideal for a philanthropy leader who is energized by mission, inspired by people, and ready to help an exceptional organization move confidently into its next chapter.
