Eligibility Requirements (New Patients):
Everyone is welcome to inquire about becoming a patient at CVIM. However, you must qualify based on the following eligibility requirements.
1. You must live or work in the Chester County Region
2. Your household income before taxes must be at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level
3. You do not have healthcare insurance and are not eligible for insurance through Medical Assistance, Medicare, CHIP, or Veterans Benefits.
