John Elicker, Jr.

Board Chair

John was Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Investor Relations for Bristol-Myers Squibb, retiring in March 2020. Before joining Bristol-Myers Squibb, John held various leadership roles of increasing responsibility at W. W. Grainger, Inc., and Scott Paper Company. John recently chaired the CVIM Marketing Committee and has served on numerous other CVIM committees including the Strategic Planning Committee in 2021. We are honored to have him serve as Board Chair beginning in July, 2024.

Mary Lou Sterge

Vice Chair

Mary Lou Sterge is a devoted advocate for women and girls in Chester County. A major portion of her efforts have focused on Fund for Women and Girls including as a former Board Chair, helping to establish the Girls Advisory Board, and hosting events. Currently Mary Lou serves on The Colonial Theatre Board and is Vice Chair and head of the Governance committee. She has also volunteered at local organizations and programs including the Maternal and Child Health Consortium of Chester County, Home of the Sparrow, The Woodlynde School, Volunteer English Program, and The Barn at Spring Brook Farm.

Joshua Snyder

Joshua Snyder is Chief Financial Officer of Chester County Hospital/Penn Medicine.  Josh serves on CVIM’s Finance Committee.

Sheri Perkins

Secretary

Sheri Perkins is a Senior Vice President, Head of Wealth Management at Citadel Credit Union. She also serves as Vice Chair of The Board of Supervisors in Thornbury Township, Delaware Co. Her previous roles included Chief Operating Officer at Trucendent, Director of Business Development at Invest Cloud, Inc. and at Fiserv. She also was a Regional Director and Strategic Relationship Manager with SEI. Sheri also serves on CVIM’s Finance and Golf Committees.

As the new President & CEO of CVIM, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff, volunteers and community for your unwavering commitment to our mission.  Together, we provide a safe space for our patients and their families to access the care they need to live healthier lives.
